Since everyone else is posting, I will too. Thursday we will find out if it is our fourth boy or we are getting a girl. What is your guess?

That would be nice! No swaying. We were charting and using protection so the pregnancy was a huge surprise.

That would be a BIG surprise! Hopefully that's the universe's way of giving you a girl! What do your boys want? All my kids think I'm having a boy, however they all want a girl except my step-son. He says he's way out numbered and needs me to have a boy!

I hope its a pinkie for you (and your oldest). I just think your kids have the coolest names, btw! I suck at the guessing game, so I won't guess. But I hope baby gives up the goods today

I have a friend who has 3 boys with very similar ages to you, and she is pregnant with her 4th boy, so that makes me want to say boy for you.

HOWEVER, I know a family of 3 boys who then had a girl, and I think statistics show that if you have 2 of the same gender, your third is also likely to be that gender, but you have a higher chance of an opposite gender the 4th time.

so I am going to go with girl!

I actually forgot that I have read (somewhere, I do a lot of research-type reading because I am a dork) that women who have surprise pregnancies are more likely to have a girl, since they are often not in "prime" child-making condition (less likely to be taking vitamins, eating properly, timing sex). And it is proven that male embryos are less hardy and need more ideal conditions to develop, thus proving girl babies are more likely to be conceived in hardship (statistically proven).

So..that does make me slightly lean pink for you. Lol.

(I know, I need more hobbies!)

So Ashlee, if I want a girl the next time, then I just need to not take any vitamins, starve myself, and have random sex with DH? ROFL!
I believe you, I just imagined myself trying to get that elusive girl

LOLOLOLOL. Sure, go for it. Although I dunno how much of a boost it will give you (even 2% can be "statistically significant"). I will say, I was sick as a dog with a nasty cold when I conceived. I wasn't eating for a couple weeks because nothing tasted good and I wasn't hungry at all. So I was losing weight. And I wasn't sleeping because Kieran had the same cold and was miserable. And I was soooo not aiming for O, since I didn't even know if I was ovulating (it was my first PP ovulation because of nursing). It was more of a "okay, I made you wait long enough, now is fine." So it clearly helped us get a pinkie
