l hate the dentist. I'm not scared just don't like being numb n now I have to go. I am scared about being pregnant and getting a filling. I dont want to be numbed up with the meds they use. I am nervous it will hurt my baby.

I would just be sure to tell them your concerns, and go over the pros and cons with them of doing it now vs waiting...I'm sure they can alleviate your fears! Plus it's just a local right? I assume?

i would also call your OB and get their opinion. It may be something that can wait until after the baby is born.

They can give novocaine, but they do it without epinephrine when you're pregnant. That means it will wear off quicker. I recently went for a cleaning and asked.
