Anyone else feeling super cold all the time instead of super hot?
I assumed my body temp would go up but its not happening. Instead I am layered with sweaters.

I will add week 23 soon... Keep a look out

I'm ALWAYS cold. I'm constantly taking warm baths and showers to warm up. I don't know if it's because it's winter and my internal temperature is just so off that I can't adjust, or what. (Literally it's just below freezing temperature-wise and I'm SO COLD..by now I should be adjusted to the winter temperatures!).

We're also keeping the house temperatures at 22C which is definitely warmer than normal, and I'm still under blankets.

For a long time I was just cold all the time. I didn't expect that either, I thought I'd be too warm. I just recently started feeling warmer, like I'll feel too hot sometimes when DH feels just right. Usually he's always warmer than me (hot blooded male, lol). Then again my belly is getting pretty big. I bet when you get bigger you'll feel warmer too.

I would be happy to be cold right now. I'd like to put on some layers, it's in the teens today in Chicago and I'm in my undies and a tank top with the windows open. I feel like I'm in a oven.

Mrs. B, are you maybe in an apartment on a second or higher level? When our downstairs neighbors turn on the heat it can get really warm in here. Maybe you're venting out all the heat the people downstairs are using

Hm. I've been comfortable, it usually depends on what I've been doing. I work out every day (sometimes twice) and that helps a lot. I've started keeping the thermostat up at night (68-70, instead of 66) and that helps me not get chilled in the morning. I also always wear socks and slippers; it makes a huge difference.

you can always jog outside... ellipticals are way better for the indoors.

Nope we are in our house and I can't find relief anywhere but the garage. If I had a basement is be sleeping in it.

Wow! Well I guess you are just hitting that really warm-blooded stage of pregnancy. I know I was sure glad to be pregnant in the dead of winter when I was 8-9 months with DS. Alaska in December was just right for me LOL!

I always knew I wasn't meant to be preggo in the summer. Might be time for a move (looking at Alaskian real estate).

Haha. Most real estate up there is pretty reasonable! If you can stand the climate! I know I love it up there though. We want to move back!

No, I'm still really sick, so I feel like I'm on fire even though my temperature is down. I'd soooo much rather be cold than hot.

I used to work out outside in the past but not anymore. We're living in a new state/place. It's too cold outside and I have a toddler who will in no way sit in a stroller anymore. The only workout I get to do is run after her inside the apt all the time.

That sucks because if she won't sit in a stroller, it's hard to get a lot of outdoor exercise. My son will still submit to a stroller ride, so it allows me to bundle us both up and get a nice brisk walk in, even if it's cold. But if they won't do a stroller, then there's no way you could have a regular walk. :/
