So, with my husband getting out of the army in May, we've decided to switch to Tricare Standard instead of Tricare Prime, so I can see a civilian doctor for the duration of my pregnancy. I'm soooooo excited! Army medicine in general is very cold. They treat you like a piece on an assembly line. I'm so ready to have a real person care for me and my baby boy from now until May.
I feel for you, one of my friends is a military wife and the stories she told me when both of her sons were born was honestly a little shocking how uncaring the staff was. I hope you get a wonderful OB to take care of you and baby!
