Boo. Dr. Doom said I just barely failed it, so he wants me to do the 3-hour. I'll wait until my appointment with my new doctor and try to do the 1-hour again. Dr. Doom also refused to sign the proof of prenatal care for for my 3d/4d ultrasound today because he says the companies in town who do them don't know what they are doing and tell patients something is wrong with the baby when there isn't and blame their doctors. Blah Blah Blah! Lucklily, I can bring a copy of my ultrasound report as proof.
He didn't tell me what the number was. They like to keep you as uninformed as possible. I see the new doctor on Friday.
I kept my cool about the ultrasound, but I was sooo angry. The place I'm going to must get calls from pregnant Army wives a lot because the secretary just told me to bring in my prescription for prenatal vitamins or my ultrasound.
I had to bring in proof of care for my elective ultrasound but a picture from a previous ultrasound was all they required.
And I'm glad you are getting away from Dr. Doom too. It makes me wonder if maybe he was forced into being an OB/GYN and really wanted to be a podiatrist or something. He has no bedside manner at all. Hope your next doctor is better.
