So I know I'm a bit early since I'm just barely 34 weeks, but I want to get my hospital bag ready, or at least get things together for it. Does anyone have a list of things I should have or need to have, or any idea where I can find a list online? I'm sure if I asked, the hospital would provide one but just wanted to see some different examples. Thanks!

The thread was great, so definitely look through that. Around that same time I found this list, and I like the way it's broken down into essentials/take it or leave it/what not to bring/baby stuff

http://pregnant.thebump.com/pregnanc...spx?MsdVisit=1

but don't forget, the true "essentials" will be provided by the hospital, as several people who went into surprise labor pointed out. also, a new mom i was talking to recently said the biggest thing she wished she'd had was the "earth mama angel baby post partum kit" for when she got home... she strongly advised buying it (it's about $50).

Don't feel bad for being early, I already have my bag packed, and my toddler's overnight bag for sleeping over with Grandma.

Rhea...I've been looking at that kit! I think it looks really helpful...I think I will be buying it!
