Since Melissa and Grady opened the gates so to speak (again, Congrats!! He is adorable!), I can't help but wonder "who will be next??". I am not rushing of course, but it is fun to just think about Anyone have a gut feeling that they are next? Or have a feeling of who might be? Some of us have a little while to go yet, but you never know! (If you can't tell, I am getting VERY excited now, lol)

I was wondering the same thing. I have no ideas as to who might be next, and I don't get any feeling that I'm going to go early. We'll see!!

I had an appt today. Baby is head down and low but not dilated or contracting so I doubt I'm next. We are shooting for 38 weeks but hopefully I get a better idea of when baby might come when I see the specialist again next Thursday.

Pretty sure it won't be me; I've got another 7 weeks left and I don't really expect to be early.

I'm 1/2 centimeter dilated and 50% effaced which I hear means nothing...haha. I feel like I can't get any bigger and uncomfortable than I am now but I'm a FTM so I have no idea

My doctor was veerrry excited by my cervix yesterday (soft, starting to dilate) and said the baby is head down and very low... My due date is the 4th, but I'm thinking (hoping?) I won't make it that long.

Only 34 weeks along. As much as I want to have this baby out soon, I hope it won't be before May..

My cervix was also softening and the doctor said she could tell the baby's head was right there. As she was checking, she gave me her spiel about how this doesn't mean much at this point but I still got really excited. She did say that if I go into labor, they won't stop it at this point so I was excited about that too. I felt positively terrible all week last week but feel much better this week so now I'm thinking this baby might bake for a couple more weeks. The last few weeks of pregnancy are no fun anyways but I thought it was really hard when the other ladies are having their babies and I'm uncomfortable, swollen and not sleeping.

I am 35 weeks by last period but he has been measuring about 2 weeks ahead since the beginning which would put me at 37 weeks tomorrow. I have felt a lot of pressure on my cervix lately and been feeling more painful contractions within the last week. They feel like period cramps. I don't think I will be next but I do think he will come at the end of this month. I sure am excited to meet him but I need him to wait a little bit longer. Seeing Grady has made me even more anxious to start seeing all these sweet babies. It is just so exciting!

I certainly don't think I will be next but now that Melissa had her's I am realizing that you really can't know! I thought being a FTM would give me a good chance of making it the full 40 weeks. I admit, I may have started panicing a little since yesterday about all the things I still need to get done

I certainly hope it's not me! I'm not due until the 25th. If I have him at the same point I had DD he'll be here in 2 weeks but I'm only 1 cm and 25% so hopefully he'll go well past 34 weeks!

I agree
Melissa is a FTM
I was positive FTMs made it full 40 weeks. Now I'm second guessing it all.
Ill be 35 weeks tomorrow. But I still feel very well enough to make it to May. No pressures, or pains, I just feel tired about 50% of the day.

I went at 38 weeks, 5 days with my first. I think I will go early again. But I can't say I'm next...I'm hoping to hold out until May (I'm due May 4) so I can get a few more things done!

In the last week I have had increased BH contractions and baby is definitely lower bc the pelvic pressure is much more severe. But I opted not to be checked at my appointment today bc I had this same pressure with DS and he was born on his EDD. I don't feel I'm progressing this far out and hope he stays in until May...so not me!!!

I had DS at 38 weeks so FTMs can definitely go earlier. I thought FTMs didn't normally go early either and that was why we got caught totally by surprise when my water broke at 38 weeks. I don't think I'll be next, I'm only just going on 35 weeks, but hoping to drop this kid around 38 weeks max.
