Turns out that my uterus has grown bigger now which is pushing up on my rib.

Only way to stop the pain is to deliver. So that means only temp relief is my only option. Ugh such a bummer.

While I understand the pain sucks its a good thing that your uterus is growing and nothing is wrong with the baby.

I'm sorry there's nothing they can do for you. That stinks that you have to just live with it. Heat/ice?

Sorry about the pain. Good that it's nothing serious, though! And at least we don't have much longer to go!

I can apply ice only 10 mins at a time and only every hour if needed.
Warm showers is another way. Moderate walks. Small soft side.massages and stretching.
Pretty much everything I have been doing.

I feel your pain. I get a pain under my right ribs that is constantly there 24/7. Sometimes it gets so bad that thinking that I still have 3 weeks of this makes me want to cry! But, soon it will be a distant memory just like the morning sickness and headaches or whatever other symptoms have come and go. We can handle it!

I hope labor is soon...
Truly hope so..

As much as I have enjoyed this experience I really am in so much discomfort now.

Do you know if the baby's engaged in your pelvis yet? You could try sitting on an exercise ball and rocking to see if that'd move 'em on down...

Last appointment my doctor said he knew the baby was head down just by checking my cervix.
I have another appointment today so I will ask if the baby is lower now. Although it doesnt feel low. I still get hard kicks to my ribs daily. Or my baby is long.

My ribs have taken a beating with this little one as well. Hang in there, only another 3-4 weeks and we will be holding our little ones

given that you aren't very tall, the baby doesn't have to be THAT long to get your ribs plus, by this point, babies aren't getting longer, just fatter.
