Avery has had a stuffy nose since we came home from the hospital 5 weeks ago. It's crazy. I feel so bad for her. It started getting worse over the last week or so. We went to the pediatrician yesterday and have to try keeping her under the humidifier pretty continuously instead of just at night and bulb suction frequently. If she isn't better by Friday then she has to get nebulizer treatments to help break it up. Poor thing is just miserable. Hoping I can clear her out enough to not have to need the neb's.

Have you tried saline solution before using the suction bulb? Its supposed to help break up the mucus to be suctioned out.

Poor thing! Kody was somewhat congested after coming home but nothing like that. I hope she doesn't need neb treatments.

Have you tried steam? Sit in the bathroom with her for 5-10 mins with the shower running as hot as it will go. You can do it several times a day, it always seemed to help DS when he had a stuffy nose from a cold, may help her chronic stuffy nose.

I hope she feels better soon!
