Do you let your babies fall asleep with the soother in their mouth? Is that ok?

None of my other kids liked the soother so I have no idea what's ok.

Yes and yes!

Kaia is a huge comfort sucker, so a paci is part of her sleep routine. And it's safe to do - some research shows that pacifier use when sleeping can reduce SIDS.
markswife and MrsNHigh like this.

I would but he spits it out. Our Pedi told us to put him down with it, something about SIDS reduction.

No such thing as a silly question!

And yeah, Jo falls asleep with hers. We don't replace it unless she needs it at night. But she does like to suck quite a bit. She is my third paci kid, so I am used to it now. Lol.

It is said to reduce the incidence of SIDS.

Ditto what the others said about SIDS. Both my girls go down with binkys and they both drop them when they are deep asleep.
