2 things

1. For anyone with a JCP nearby, ours has a ton of onesies, skirts, and shorts on clearance for $3.99. I just stocked up on a bunch of stuff.

2. I'm still buying some newborn sized clothes! I've been struggling to find anything to fit Avery. The newborn sized stuff is too short but fits her body otherwise, and the 0-3 month stuff is long enough but totally swallows her. The stuff I bought at Penney's today in the okie dokie brand goes up to 10 lbs in the newborn size so it all fit her great. I kind of feel like I have a second chance now with the new nb stuff. I had packed away all of her nb clothes except 3 dresses that still fit and 1 skirt she hasn't even grown into yet. Really wish there was a consistency in clothing sizes.

Yeah, it sucks. But doesn't end even with baby clothes. My first can wear a few size 3 shorts, but also a few size 7 shirts! It's nuts.

Jo is doing the in-between thing too. She is crazy long and it mkes it hard to find stuff that fits. She just wears her stuff big. I like children's place sleepers in 0-3 because they are narrow, so she doesn't look ridiculous in them. Although Okie Dokie doesn't really fit her that well. I put her in separates as often as possible, since they seem to look the best (a swing top and a pair of little leggings or shorts). I know she will chunk up soon

Every kid has their brands that work really well for the kid. My oldest wears Gap and Lee really well. But Gymboree pants fit my second sooo well. We will see what Jo wears best. So maybe Okie Dokie is going to be Avery's "brand" of best fitting clothes Thanks for the tip!

Yes! CJ fits in some 0-3 and some 3-6. There is a lot of inconsistancy in the sizes. Half of his 0-3 are longer than the other half.
