LADIES! This is very exciting. I've been lamenting about my freaky belly button (ok, and my belly), and tonight I was inspecting it and noticed the skin felt really dry, so I scratched at it a bit with my nail and noticed the skin was coming off, so I slathered it with coconut oil then jumped in the bath and took a facial exfoliating brush to it and managed to rub away the discoloration! It's a little uncomfortable to do but sooo worth it. My stomach still looks bad, but slightly less terrible than it did an hour ago. I know some of you had the same issue, so I thought I'd let y'all know so you could give this a shot, if you were so inclined

I actually did this a couple days ago, too! It didn't all come off, so it's still a little discolored. I only used regular soap, though. And just when I thought belly button issues couldn't get any weirder.

Costco sells coconut oil in a HUGE tub for $15.

It's a life saver and you can use it in a thousand different ways.

I would've used olive oil if I hadn't had coconut oil. And if you don't have that, just soak in the tub and I'm sure that would be enough to soften the skin to exfoliate it right off. If you buy a giant tub (def the most cost effective!) you will then want to search the internet for all the things you can do with it.

If only soaking would take that off, we'd all be in good shape! Haha literally
