So...in my dream, I was half asleep with Kaeldra sleeping on my chest (I should have known straight away it was a dream, since we never sleep that way), when Kaeldra starts talking to me in full-on sentences! At first she said "I love you, Mommy," and I was still half asleep in my dream at this point. When I didn't respond, she said "Don't you love me, too?" And I sleepily said "Of course I do!" then woke up and suddenly realized how strange it was that she was talking to me. I started freaking out saying "How are you talking already?! What's going on?! I must have been dreaming it..." but then my husband came home and she started talking to him, too, so I knew I wasn't imagining it. She was then standing and walking around and looked bigger. I logged onto JustMommies (lol) to post about how what was happening could NOT be possible, when I woke up for real. Haha. I know children grow fast, but I hope it's not THAT fast lol. I've always had pretty wacky dreams, but they were uncharacteristically normal during pregnancy, so the weird ones have started coming back lately. Has anyone else had any funny/weird baby dreams since the delivery? Or maybe most of us aren't getting enough sleep yet to dream. :S
That is too funny! I know I'm dreaming at night, but I forget them almost as soon as I wake up. So I couldn't tell you if they were crazy or not. I have a feeling they probably are a little nutty though. Because I still feel like my hormones are a little off, and I know I had some weird ones during pregnancy.
I don't remember most of my dreams but they all currently involve a baby crying. I must be dreaming around the time Caroline wakes up so I hear the crying but think it's a dream. I spend lots of time trying to figure out if it's a dream or really her.
