I was just thinking how it's so nice to have you ladies to talk to. I mean, who else would care whether our kids had a bad night's sleep, or whether they slept for their nap or how long their nap was, or whether they had a good latch or a poor one, or how much they weighed at their last doctor appointment? Haha seems like when you have a small baby you are so tuned into the little details, but I don't think my friends or family would really care about each little detail!
Thanks for being here, ladies!

I agree! I know my mom probably gets sick of me whining about being tired, etc....and I don't really talk to my friends about it much (even though they have little kids too and totally understand). I'm glad I have somewhere to vent, and to celebrate the little things!

You said it perfectly, Joy! Could not agree more. I would be much more stressed if I didn't have this!

So true! I'm the last of my friends to have a baby and they all give me the eye roll.

You ladies are the only adults I get to 'talk' to. I seriously spend every ******* day with two high maintenance kids and if it weren't for this forum, I don't know what I could have done..

Haha I think my husband is tired of hearing me say that, too! "Well, my JustMommies friends say their baby is doing it too, so it must be normal!"

Yup. I say it all the time too. Actually my husband started just asking me what the other babies on my "mommy site" are doing. Guess he figures that way he gets to control when I talk about you ladies.lol

LOL..I totally agree! Kurly, I am always saying that too haha!!! People look at me like Im nuts but truthfully I value a lot more of your opinions than people I know. I feel like we are all buddies. I have said this before but its a shame we all live so far away from each other

Nancy, with good friends, no matter how infrequently you talk, you just pick up where you left off! At least, that's been my experience IRL!

I am also seriously so grateful for this board! I don't really have anyone to talk to in person here about baby stuff (or anything, for that matter) besides my husband. I'm also always bringing this board up with him. I think he was annoyed at first, but now he sometimes asks what people here say about such-and-such lol. I really appreciate all of the advice and support from you guys!

I've definitely referenced this board many times in conversation (calling it only "the message board"!), but only recently told my husband that I was a host...then he wanted to know what the web address was. I was like no way! He wanted to come and snoop at my posts! Lol.
