Anyone else's baby curling up? Lilah does this thing in her bouncy seat where she looks like she's trying to sit up - she lifts her head and upper back up off the seat and pulls her legs up, like she's trying to curl into a ball. She does it while I'm holding her too. Why do they do this??

Maybe she's actually trying to sit up/lean forward, and just isn't quite sure how to go about it so she ends up curling into a ball instead?

Same here. Now alternate that with her arching, and my goodness it's getting difficult to pick her up these days!

Ugh. Jo does it too. I think it's them starting to figure out how to move their bodies and are experimenting with what they can do. But it does freak me out, I want to push her head back and be like, "just lay down." Lol. She does it in her swing and I always take her out cause I am afraid she could tip over the side and be hanging by her belly (i mean, I watch her, but I also have two other hoodlums running around these parts).
Skimboardin Mama likes this.
