Lilah has been watching us eat with a ton of interest for a while now. I haven't started her on solids, I was waiting until 6 months, but now I'm thinking I'll try her with a veggie soon. Today I was eating yogurt and I was holding her. She kept watching me put the spoon in my mouth, and kept reaching for it, so I decided to give her a tiny taste. I couldn't believe it - as soon as I offered her some, she grabbed the spoon, put it in her mouth, closed her lips over it (a step my older girls missed in the beginning), took the spoon out and got the most curious look on her face as she tasted it, then swallowed it all without spitting any out. She kept doing it over and over again, she was LOVING it! It was soooooo adorable to watch her! She just had tiny, tiny tastes each time, but she was just loving it!
