I know you're not supposed to feed food instead of milk when it's time for a milk feed, but Lilah seriously is not hungry at all between milk feeds. I try about 90 min after she has a bottle to give her some food, but she's sooooo completely uninterested. She'll have 2 bites and be done. I have rinsed SO MUCH FOOD down the drain, it's not even funny. How are the rest of you fitting food in?

Brock bottle feeds every 4ish hours (8-8) we do food around 10a and 6pm. He was a food eatter from the get go though. When we first started our pedi suggested bottle feed then try food, that didnt work for us, he likes food and bottle completely separate.

^ Lilah could never eat an 8oz bottle, wow! Does he drink it all at once? The most my older girls ever took was 6oz before bed I think.

She has milk every 2 1/2 hrs, so maybe I should just do food twice a day in place of two of those feeds.....I don't know. I also find that when she's hungry, she doesn't have patience for food, she just wants to suck down a bottle.

Yeah he can DOWN 8 ounces! And OOPS- that last bottle is 6oz- not 8oz.

Wel if she doesn't want food, no need for it then. I think they are good till one year or something. Eating food now is only practice for "real food eating".
