Congratulations!! I know it must seem scary, but it's all going to work out in the end. I'm been thinking more and more about a third - but right now hubby says no, so I'm not pushing. I'm so happy for you!

I'm shocked my SO agreed to us ntnp but I think he will still be shocked this is only our 3rd cycle it happened so quickly this time with Joshua it took a year I'm excited just scared I'm still on mat leave from work with Joshua and don't think they will give me it again as I won't be back for the 9 months before this baby's born and I don't think I can afford 2 in daycare x

Congrats! (Once time is all it takes! Lol)

Things will work out. It make take some more cautious maneuvers and skimping here and there, but you'll be fine. Start making plans now and put away money where you can (if you can). Start cutting things back if that is necessary. And maybe consider a different type of care provider, maybe a nanny or au pair would be cheaper for two so close in age, rather than two in a care center?

Exciting! I think that brings out group to four pregnant ladies now?!

Wow that's a pretty good second line there! And wow, I'd be a bit shocked too especially if it was only once! Our bodies are so quirky sometimes, I got pregnant right away with my first but then took over a year of NTNP with our second...(that was a m/c) and then our "third" (but really second I guess) I got pregnant right away again.
I hope you can work out everything! Could you even stay home with the kiddos, or go to part time work so you wouldn't have to do daycare every weekday? If you put your head together with your SO I bet you can come up with a plan. Good luck!
