Who's on a sippy cup and who's on a bottle? Just curious. Lexi started using a sippy cup full time at 11 months. I pumped breast milk into it until she turned one, so the transition to whole milk was pretty easy. I do not do a bedtime sippy with her. She just gets milk at mealtimes.

Also, what brand of sippy cup do you use? We are using Playtex.

My babe never used a bottle since she nursed, so we gave her a sippy with water in it about 7-8 months or so and than just used that for whole milk now. She uses it for water or milk. It is a nuk brand, I believe, it's got to handles on the side. It has worked great

Kaeldra prefers a water bottle with a straw. She's been using a brand called Nuby, which looks like this:

Avery gets a bottle of whole milk at bedtime then nurses if she wakes during the night. Other than that she uses sippy cups. She does better with the straw ones, I think we have Nuby as well.

Jo has never had a bottle either. She still nurses, but is in love with water or water with a splash of juice in a sippy cup. She can drink out of whatever ones we have, which is 4-5 different brands. I think she prefers the straw ones (ours are playtex, I think) overall. I don't know when I am going to intro cows milk. But I assume she will be fine with it in a sippy cup.

Brock is been on a straw cup during the day exclusively since 10 months We give him a bottle at bed still because we're whacko and probably somehow harming him for life......and because we really enjoy that time with him.
