According to my husband it's about 30! LOL I think 16 is a good age for actual dates.

Probably 16 for actual dates, but I guess it will depend on her maturity level at the time..

What Wendy said. In a group, 14-ish. Alone, more like 16.

But I won't like it.

i have been debating this all week for my sons as well as sadie!
my 12yr old son has told me he has an 11yr old girlfriend (her parents are fine with it!!!!)
mark says sadie is not allowed a boyfriend EVER and he refuses to give her away as that would mean she had one personally, i think 16 but i still wouldnt be happy

I hope that she too will commit to saveher heart for the one she's going to marry... in which case, it won't be until she is phsically/mentally/emotionally ready to commit to marriage and God has shown her "the one".

My Dh was my first boyfriend, first kiss... the only guy I have ever given my heart to.

When I was growing up I was aloud to have a boyfriend in about 7th/8th grade or so. But he was only aloud to come to my parents house and go places with my family that was it. I was fine with it. I actually liked the fact that my parents were involved. Then at 16 I was aloud to go on car dates as my mom called them. I believe I will do the same.
