well, i had to stop breast feeding due to the meds getting into my milk and making kara very sick.
i was really heart broken when despite pumping regularly, my milk dried up after just 2-3days.
i got used to the idea i would have to stay on formula with her but suddenly on sat while on a day trip, my boobs started to feel "off". i got home to find i was leaking (just a tiny bit) so i decided to pump every couple of hours to try and get it to come back.
sadly i am only able to pump up to 2oz which is nowhere near enough for kara!
anyway, tonight she got hungry after her bath and as i hadnt taken any meds for a couple of days and had just finished pumping til i was dry as well as feeding her just an hour earlier, i decided what the heck il see what happens if i put her to the boob.
well even though i was dry from pumping, KARA was able to get loads more milk from me i guess she just does it better than my pump but i sure as hell am not going to complain and neither is she!

She is soooo cute!!!! I'm so glad you were able to keep breastfeeding. Try Fenugreek if you feel like you're not making enough or if you want to make more.

Such a beauty! And that's WONDERFUL that you tried nursing again! Baby is nearly always waaaaay more efficient than any pump. Keep at it, I bet she'll be nursing full-time again in no time!

Yayyy for your milk. I would definitely take the fenugreek, drink tons of water, and of course anything else you can think of. Feed feed feed. You are doing grea tthough. Good Luck!!
