Something is going out right outside my house. We are sorrounded by cops. And the helicopter is shining their light into my backyard.

I am shaking, and I am nervous and crying.

WTH?!

THERE ARE SERIOUSLY, LIKE 20 COP CARS OUT.

In front of my house, and in our community. I had to wake up Hugo. Who knows what is going on!!?

Thank you Kristin. I was downstairs in my living room...But I am now in my bedroom upstairs. They still have the dogs and the helicopter. Everything is locked up, and all my lights downstairs are on.

Oh wow...I am sure they will come to your door and let you know what is going on. I doubt that if it is something that serious they are not going to let you know. You are in a good place though upstairs, and make sure that ALL your stuff is locked up tight. ((HUGS)) I am so sorry that you are having to go through this. Please KUP!

It's been over a half hour since I first heard the sirens (cops) and they are still in here. No more dogs...and no more helicopter...so that must be a good sign...

I would call the non emergency number for the police where you live and see if you can get any information. If they are in your yard that is definite grounds to know what is going on.

Thank you for the suggestion Jenn! I called the 311 number. They said they were looking for a fugitive, and they've found him...(in my vicinity) But everything's ok.
No details...tho.
Wonder why he didn't give me details...Obviously the man was running from the cops, but why?

Glad that you called the number, because that is scary and that would have never eased my mind even after they left since I would be left to wonder if they had caught the person or not. Glad that you found out that they got him and you were able to sleep, and also glad that nothing happened. That is definitely a scary situation.
