What kind of bread do you buy for your family - white, wheat, something else?

LOL...I'll say!
Bread is delicious, when hot!!

Anyway...
We get 100% whole wheat for Hugo. Sometimes we get bread from Trader Joe's and they have some wonderful grain bread...it's my fave! But, it's pricey.
And for me and Cali we also get whole wheat, but sometimes I enjoy potato bread too!

Sarah lee whole wheat. With no high fructose corn syrup. I go to a small Sarah Lee store and I get bread so cheap there!

OOPS! That's what happens when you're half asleep! Friends don't let friends post sleepy.

Okay, so...I only buy wheat, unless there's some reason I just NEED white. Gene just had to adapt. It's all Rachael will eat - we ran out of wheat yesterday and some white left over from making finger sandwiches for church, and Rachael made herself a sandwich out of it. She gagged and threw it away. I love that she likes the healthier option!

We eat very little bread... but when I do buy, it's whole-wheat (for me & B - KB can't eat it.) ~ Though I am getting a grain mill for [belated] Christmas (SO excited!)... so I am really looking forward to being able to make our bread! There is a grain out there called Kamut, which can be used interchangeably with wheat (no extra ingredients needed, to make it hold), and KB can tolerate jt! I will be ordering a bunch next month!

We buy the white wheat, I think by Nature's something or other. Looks and tastes like white, but healthier.
