I'm boring. Turkey sandwich, piece of cheese, and chips.
Kids mix it up a little... turkey, ham, bologna - sandwiches or wraps, sometimes uncrustables, sometimes soup or mac-n-cheese.
Dh brings lunchable subs or a frozen meal or soup.
