Oh man, I am not looking forward to that stage! But I'm sure she'll do fine! What are the rules of the learner's permit there?

Minor panick attack...I'm fine now. Okay....not really fine. But I'm working on it.

Our state is actually pretty strict about teen drivers so that makes me feel a little better. Just to get her learner's permit she has to pass a written test and provide two signed affidavits. One from a parent and one from her school stating that she's enrolled and making satisfactory proggress. If she drops out of school or fails a certain number of classes then the school can contact DOL and have her license revoked until she turns 18 and reapplies. (That won't happen for her of course.)

I think I'm just going to have to delegate all driving instruction responsibility to Rick.
