Hope you have a good first day back Kerian!

Ashley- Do you mean covers for cloth or disposable? Like a functional cloth cover or bloomer type things? Glad your DH doesn't need surgery! That's great news!

Glad you enjoyed your time off, Kerian!

Mmm, cookies!

Went through some stuff today and I have two boxes to list for sale already, trying to cut down on stuff that I'll have to pack when we move. Once I get this stuff listed I'm going to try and get some sewing done. Kids are tucked into bed

Chocolate chips sound yummy!!!!

Chantelle - Disposable diaper covers - like bloomers. It's hard to buy individually as most come in sets when you buy them. But, I buy most of Kynslee's clothes used and so they don't often have bloomers. I have 2 different pink ones that fit her currently as all the others I've found are still too big for her tiny butt and waist. Where do you list your stuff - ebay? Craigslist?

Kerian - Hope your first day back went good and hope you are able to get some good sleep.

I'm trying to nurse Kynslee in hopes that she'll go down for a nap(as it's 2:40 here). DH should be getting off any time now and he usually brings home Orange Chicken from work on Wednesday and so I'm looking forward to that.

I'm charging my friend $5/each, I don't have them listed anywhere yet but I plan on FB and etsy once I get some stock done, right now I'm just taking random orders.. Orange chicken sounds so good!

I hope you do well, Amber!

Chantelle - sorry but I have no help for you. I can't even get my Kynslee ticker to work (obviously since she's now over 7 months old). I'm stupid when it comes to these type things. I'm sure someone here has an answer though.

I think this evening we may go out for DH's b-day(which was Tuesday but he wasn't feeling good enough to go out to eat). In-laws have asked to watch Kynslee and I'm not sure I want to. They are GREAT with Kynslee and I have no problem it's just I want to enjoy the evening with DH and I think I'd miss Kynslee and worry about her. Though she eats some solids now she still nurses on demand and I never know for sure if she'll go 2-3 hrs between feedings or eat every hour. And, she's not always good at taking a bottle and I don't want them having trouble with her. I think I'm going to go ahead and give it a try tonight and see how it goes but am still not 100% into it - KWIM? Maybe I'm just silly or do/did others feel this way the first time leaving baby for a few hours that was breast fed?

Ashley i hope you got to go out, and i hope Kynslee behaved with the bottle.
it is totally normal to feel wary about leaving your LO, when they still on the boob.

Jenn, welcome back!!! did you have fun (apart from the drive of course)?

Jenn!!!!! Hi!!!! Welcome back!! Hope you had a great trip!

Ashley... I totally get it. Hated leaving my girls when I was breastfeeding. (Oh who am I kidding!? I still hate leaving them.)
I'm sure Kynslee will be fine though. Enjoy your dinner with DH.

Kerian, we did end up making the cookies. Didn't make enough though. they're already all gone. And they were delicious!!

Amber, I'm sure you did great on your paper. Must feel so nice to have it done.

I'm really starting to get frustrated. I can't seem to get Ellie's service plan meeting scheduled! I've been trying to set a date for it for over two weeks now. Had it planned for next week but her physical therapist just called and asked to reschedule it again!! Ugh! I know it's no ones fault. It's just hard to coordinate everyone's schedules. Here's hoping we can work something out soon.

Abbey has her welcome to 9th grade dinner tonight. I thought it was supposed to be yesterday but I was reading the calendar wrong. oops... I can't believe I'm going to have 2 high schoolers next year!! Wow I feel old!

I hope you had a nice evening, Ashley! And I hope Kynslee does well!

Welcome back Jenn!

Wow, Anna, 2 high schoolers?! Have fun with that

Hmm, I don't know why it won't work, I used the "link up" thing on the control panel, but it keeps taking the ":" out of the web address :S

No real plans for us this weekend, how 'bout you Amber?

We didn't end up going on last night I was really disappointed as I was looking forward to some much needed alone time with DH. But, when Sam came home from work he was just wiped out as he's still a little weak. We ended up having grilled cheese for dinner. Hopefully we'll get out next week sometime.

Anna - wow! Two in high school, must be exciting but kinda scary at the same time - lol!! I feel so young and inexperience compared to you ladies - I think I'm one of the if not the youngest and with only 1 child that isn't that old.

No big weekend plans here either. Hopefully Church on Sunday but that's only plan so far.

Man, I'm going to have to watch Kynslee even more now. She's getting so mobile. She doesn't actually crawl yet but has learned to scoot better and is now getting around pretty fast. I put her on the bed yesterday for her nap (like I always do) and propped pillows around her. When she wakes up she usually makes noise but I guess she was just playing and scooted over the pillows and off the bed. I don't know where to put her for naps now as the bed was the best place. Her crib/bedroom is part of the computer room and I work on ebay when she naps so I can't have her in the crib.
