Had a pap smear at my GP last year. Havent specifically been to the gyno since Sash was born.

7 years ago (just before I got married)

After that, I decided the conventional medical route wasn't for me and started seeing a midwife My last full [on the books] check up with her, was technically my 6wk PP checkup after KB... but I see/consult with her on a regular basis (she's become a very dear friend!)

too long ago. since Kyl;a was a newborn, yikes. but i am going hopefully in June.
