Not really. I don't like set work out or exercises. I like to walk and will occasionally do my own exercises.
I'm just not very limber and so that's why I do my own thing. I wanted to stay in shape when pregnant with Kynslee so I thought yoga would be easy enough. After only doing a few times I pulled a stomach mussel(and I was trying to go easy); Add that to your belly stretching for the first time for a growing baby and baby movement and I was in pain!!!!! I gave up for good after that!! I do want to start being more active by doing swimming exercises and walking more.
