The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein. It's poetry though.

I remember really like the If You Give a Mouse a Cookie books. And the Barnstein Bears. I loved those books. And the Ramona books, I read those over and over again, they were the first books I remember reading all on my own that weren't picture books. And The Giving Tree sticks out in my mind, but I think I was older when I first read that.

We didn't have cable. I was an only child. I read a lot.

I read alot. I loved anything by Beverly Cleary- so Ramona. I liked the Boxcar Children. American Girls.

I'm not sure what I read when I was real young.

Ditto! My mom had a bunch of Nancy Drew books and I liked those too.

The Faraway Tree series by Enid Blyton. I used to re-read them over and over.
