I haven't really gotten much done today, scrubbed this morning, but I've been feeling "off" all afternoon/evening, so I've just been taking it easy. I have a check-up tomorrow so I hope my BP is back down again.

Hi ladies!! I haven't stopped in to chat in a while! I'll pop on the board and answer a topic but not chatting. Life has gotten so busy the last few weeks now that Kynslee is walking  She turned 11 months yesterday (the 21st) - I can't believe in a month she'll be one!! Time has flown by and my little baby girl is so grown up.
Chantelle - do you know how your blood pressure is now? I had really bad high blood pressure (went as high as 172 / 97) at the end of my pregnancy and ended up being on bed rest for last 3+ weeks. No fun!! I hope it stays borderline or lower and doesn't go higher for you!!
Hope today is a good day for you ladies!

Yes, she started walking about 10 1/2 months. DH pulled down a walking toy 2 days ago that we got as a baby shower gift. Kynslee LOVES it!!! It took her about a minute or two to figure it out but she goes and goes FAST when she's pushing it! No stopping her!! She walks fast like my mom - and doesn't really notice things in her pathway yet, so if you're around - watch out when she gets down and is walking around

My blood pressure was good today, thank goodness! Just below borderline!
I'm still not packed for the hospital I'm awful about leaving those things to the last minute, I think I'll dig out my bag and start tonight!
Awww, how cute that she's walking already! Sophia still isn't even trying  Rylan walked at 8 months though and he was so little that it looked funny watching him go

Ashley, i love those walking toys. Kyla was mobile at 6 months but only started walking at 15 months. she took her time.

Kynslee didn't start even scooting until around 7 1/2 months and then finally started crawling about 9 months then at around 10 1/2 months she was walking. So, it took her a while to get mobile but that was fine with me - LOL!!
wow, 8 months - that's early!! I starting walking at exact 9 months. Kynslee is also really tiny (about 14 pounds at 11 months) and it does look funny to see someone so tiny just walk around. DH says he wants to take Kynslee to WalMart and just let her walk around and see what others say. From the back she looks about like 6 months but her face looks her age.
Chantelle - you better get packing; You never know if she may come early.

I still haven't started, tonight I promise! None of my other babies were early, but I guess you never know!
Yeah, Rylan was a young mover- he started pulling up at 5.5 months and standing at 7! Alyssa walked the day before her first birthday, Sophia doesn't show any signs of walking yet, but she goes with those push toys no problem!
I feel like an awful co-host the last couple of days, things have been pretty hectic around here!

Sorry things have been hectic for you lately - not what you need at the end of your pregnancy!! Are you ready for baby? How about the older kids? Does Sophia know/understand she's getting a new baby sister soon? Sorry so many questions just like to know how those details of pregnancy go and for you to know we care.

Aww, thanks Ashley  We're pretty much ready, just need to put the bassinet back into our bedroom and prep the rest of her diapers. Alyssa and Rylan are excited, Sophia doesn't really seem to "get it" yet, but when we ask her where the baby is, she points to my belly

That's so sweet, Chantelle!!
I have times where I want anothe one, but I think of all the issues I had with Eva, and I don't think I can deal with GD again!! 
I really don't want tomorrow to come because I have to put my best friend to sleep tomorrow.  My dog, Belle, will be put to sleep tomorrow due to health issues. I know in my heart that it is the best thing for her, but it is still hard. I also have to find homes for my cats, and I think I may have a home for my boys, and if they go to their new home, that will be tomorrow as well.

Nope you didn't miss it. The kids come Monday..for a 1/2 day. It goes by so fast but then I have the rest of the week! AHH!
My girls go back Tuesday.

Hi Ladies!!
Just checking in. We said our final good-byes to Belle today. It was very difficult, but we know it was for the best. Eva did not take it well, at first, but seemed to be ok with it when we told her she was up in heaven, pain free and playing.
We thought we had a home for two of our cats, but when the woman arrived, my younger cat had a fit and clawed the hell out of me and she freaked thinking he would not calm down and would hurt her young children (ummm.....hello? we have a small child and he does fine). I think it was his way of saying he did not want to go with them
