Did you or will you have a themed birthday party for your daughter this year?

Mikaelas 4th bday party is in 2 weeks. We are doing a 'kitty cat' theme since she wants a kitty cat cake.

We did - Rachael wanted an "Ariel party", so we did an under the sea theme. Hung blue streamers from the ceiling to give the place an underwater feel, hung up fishnets with crepe paper fish in them, made seashell and mermaid candies, had the kids hunt for gold coins and trade them in for treasure from a treasure chest...and the Ariel cake, of course. She was happy with it.

I think we'll be toning down the party next February, since we'll have a three-month-old then...but she's already asking for a party at Chuck E. Cheese. Sounds good to me - let someone else handle the aftermath!

Lynaiah had an ice cream birthday this year, the kids made their own sundaes and we had games that had to do with ice cream like, pin the cherry, a relay race (don't let the ice cream melt), ect. We were originally planning a Safari party but it decided to rain that day and most of the games we had planned were outdoor games.

Sara had a "Princess" theme party in our backyard on June 9th for her 1st Birthday. We had a Cotton Candy machine and a Jumping Castle for the kids to enjoy. We had a lot of Family & Friends that attended and Sata got lots of nice birthday presents..

We'll probably just have something small with family and a few friends. Idk if it will be themed or not yet.

Mia had a "Mia" themed birthday party! We did all pink plates, napkins, etc, and her birthday cake had a big picture of her on it. My favorite kind of theme!
