its definatly time to knuckle down and start eating healthier and losing/tone up ..I need to get rid of the extra weight..I put on 1.5 st about 3 years ago when my thyroid went bananas and i just havnt been able to shift it since..so as ive been making so many changes this is one that has to be done this year
