With Dexter being nearly four weeks old it's time for me to get serious with losing the baby weight. I have 20lbs to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, which is my first target. But ideally I want to lose another 14lbs after that to get to a size ten again. I will be doing some very mild exercise to begin with, like walking, as my stitches are still healing. Once they've healed properly i'll be doing the 30 Day Shred again to start toning up. Wish me luck!
