The first email is really just an introduction. I do wonder what it means when it says there are some things on the course you may not believe but you should still try them anyway. Intriguing! Has anyone read the free e-book or online lessons that came with the first email yet?
I am plugging on with this. I did lesson 5 on Friday. I will say that the universe seems to present me with examples to work the phrases/ideas on. I believe yesterday's car crisis was about that. Lesson 5 concerns acknowledging that worries are not really real, that we are actually not worried about the thing we think we're worried about. I used my flat tyre as an example. When I stood back and reflected, taking my old car out yesterday allowed me to use up some of the petrol we had put into it. And Daniel was fine about it, as it turned out. So I had no need to worry about the new car being out of action for a day. And the tyre has stayed up so I guess some kid had just fooled about with it and let the air out. I so need to learn to chill out and let go.
