I have no idea what I want for a boy coming home outfit. I think I may want to go the traditional route and find some cute little smocked boys outfit. DH has given me a window on when our boy can wear smocked outfits (such a big thing down here in the South) before he's too old and they look silly.
I just have a little gray and white chevron print long sleeve sleeper from Old Navy, and I'm either going to have one of my knitting friends make or I will buy a pointy gnome hat.
You should put him in one of those tuxedo onesies saw some at babies r us! So adorable! It's like he'll be dressed up for the world to meet him yet comfy at the same time.

Ooh, I saw that and I wanted it, but it was out of stock when I went!
I hadn't really given it that much thought...probably just a regular onesie or sleeper.
I have a bunch of cute sleepers already so i'll just bring a couple in newborn and 0-3 and pick depending on what fits him best. I've never really given the going home outfit much thought. DD was covered in a snowsuit and went straight to the car and then straight to our house haha so no one even saw her
