My doc said I didn't have to fast for the one hour. They forgot about me in the waiting room, though, and didn't draw my blood until 1 hr and 20 mins. I hope this doesn't affect the results...

I was told to not eat anything after midnight for both the 1 hr and the 3 hr.

I have mine the end of this month. They have me the drink and I'm supposed to drink it 30 minutes before my appointment time and let them know when I get there what time I finished it. They also said to eat a normal breakfast, but I will probably try to go with some eggs or something!
