I feel like if I do anything remotely physical (grocery shopping, cooking dinner, laundry) I get AF-like cramps and a low back ache. Once I sit for a little bit I am okay. They seem to get worse throughout the day. They make me nervous.

I feel the same way. I find that if I am resting I feel better. Most places I have researched, these are actually normal and a good sign! Many of my friends who have been preggers have said they have had similar symptoms. I also find that the more water I drink, the better I feel. Although I am using the bathroom quite a bit! Trying not to worry is hard sometimes, believe me, I know!! Good luck And sticky bean to you.

I've been feeling like af is coming any time now, but they feel like different cramps. I think this is normal, from what I've read.

Yep, I have them also. They're not as strong as AF-like cramps for me, but definitely there. I think the uterus is just doing so much work right now, so some cramping can be totally normal.

Me too, almost like AF cramps. And yes it also makes me nervous especially since I have no other symptoms... . I have to remind myself to stay calm and what happens is beyond my control.

The cramping scares me a little. I'm glad to read that this is a normal symptom.

I've been having them on and off since about 5DPO. Mild though and nothing like AF cramps

My cramps are mostly gone. Now I am feeling the twinges and pulls. And gas. Lots of gas.

Cramping is pretty normal in early pregnancy from what I understand. I've been having them too. They should ease up soon! Probably just in time for morning sickness!

I guess I'd call mine more like little pains than cramps, because they do feel different to me. I don't remember anything like this with my first, but I was also really late when I found out that I was pregnant with him.

I have cramping, but its actually opposite of what many of you say. Mine tend to be stronger when I am relaxed so evenings. When I am up and moving around, I usually don't feel anything.

I have these cramps on and off as well as low back ache. I also have little electric shocks occasionally in my breasts. No other symptoms really.

SO WEIRD!!! I just started getting the electric shock feeling in my BBs this morning! They must be getting ready to bust out (pun intended).

I've been getting mild intermittent cramps daily since the time AF was supposed to show. I'm glad to hear that other are having them too!
