When I wiped this morning, there was blood. It wasn't super bright or even a lot, but it is scaring me. I can't be seen by an actual doctor. I have to go to OB sick call from 7-9am or go to the er which is extremely frustrating. I just want to cry.

I've been spotting brown on and off the entire pregnancy (I'm 6w1d and found out at 5w5d). When I found out I was in the ER for a kidney infection and they did an ultrasound and saw there was a small tear where the placenta attached. They said often these things heal themselves. I have to go back in this morning for follow up blood draws and I'm hoping another ultrasound.
I've read a lot and everything says some spotting can be normal. Especially since you're only 4 weeks it could be implantation? Sending positive energy your way!

It couldn't be implantation bleeding after a positive HPT, but there are other possibilities. Best wishes for you, and I hope you will KUP.

My hcgs are in the 58000s, and at my ultrasound showed my little bean with a beautiful flickering heartbeat!u cervix is closed and when she looked, there is no bleeding. I'm so relieved.
