SO, I usually have 2-3 normal size mugs of black coffee everyday. I'm cutting back to 1 mug a day.

My head is going to hurt worse and I'm going to be sooo tired!

Anyone else want to commiserate? LOL

I cut it! But I was only a one-cup-a-morning coffee drinker.

I don't drink coffee but I am going to try not to drink a lot of soft drinks. I don't drink much of those either but if I go out to eat it is easy to drink several when they ask you if you want a refill.

I cut out the coffee i was having some mornings at work. And instead of drinking sweet tea all day I'm trying to limit to about two glasses a day.

I limits myself to 2 cups of tea a day, not a coffee drinker anyways.

I dunno how people live without coffee

I was a 3 cup drinker, and I cut back to 2 (which I was told was OK during pregnancy).
Although right now I'm lucky to get 1 in, I have a coffee aversion? Ugh. I'm so tired.

Doesn't tea have more caffeine in it than coffee? So I heard anyway!

I'm a Starbucks ADDICT, thought I wouldn't be able to cope...but I actually haven't drank any since we found out...I think Starbucks frappuccinos are more sugar than coffee anyway lol!

Still, if I want the occasional coffee I may...they actually recommended I drink a cup of coffee every day with my DD because I was on very strong iron pills due to my anemia and it made me very constipated!

My anemia is still an issue this time round and when I got my Mirena removed and the doc heard I wanted to try for a baby she prescribed me prenatals with extra iron...so far my tummys been ok but I may need extra iron later on blahhh!

Anyway, I've cut out soda but if I want a cup of coffee I don't see the harm in one...as long as its not too strong.

I'm a tea drinker, so I'm really missing my caffeine. I definitely decided to nix it, though, since I'm always so scared of messing things up in there this early. It's such a crucial time.

I sound like such a dork.

I'm only a one cup per morning coffee drinker and don't drink soda too often. I am making sure that if I drink coffee, no soda for the day. And vice versa.

There is a chart somewhere online. Tea has about 47 mg caffeine per cup. Coffee had more, but i can't remember how much.

I cut out all caffeine, personally. There are a lot of mornings I would love some coffee to wake me up, but I'm a worrier and I would rather err on the side of caution!

I only drink 1-2 cups of weak green tea per day so I'm not too worried. Used to be a big time coffee drinker- when I found out I was preggo with DS I went off coffee cold turkey and it was haaaaardd. The headaches weren't the issue for me it was just that I felt like a useless, unmotivated slug without my caffein fix.

Drip coffee has about 90-150mg per cup, espresso has less. Black tea ranges from 40-60ish.

I cut out caffeine completely back in May, but I had recently added one cup back in per day. I'm really glad I broke that addiction when I did because I used to drink 4-5 cups a day. Now I'm totally fine with 1. If I really want more in the afternoon I make decaf.
