Ive been having light cramping for about a day now. Its not painful and nothing like what I have with my period so I cant complain its just uncomfortable and at times I find it hard to sleep as I cant get comfortable. I know this is normal but I never had it with my son so I just want to make sure its normal and not just me.

Yes! I've been crampy today. More in my back, though.

I had the EXACT same thing but my crampiness was mostly on the left..I went and had an ultrasound done yesterday and they said that it is the "corpos luteum" cyst that forms in pregnancy and that it should go away on its own after 3 months (after the placenta takes over) but i didnt remember ANY of that from my pregnancy with my daughter 8 years ago LOL!

I've had cramps everytime I was pregnant. In fact with my daughter they got so uncomfortable sometimes I was sure there was something horribly wrong. But there wasn't

Yep. Apparently a lot of the crampiness early in pregnancy is just your uterus stretching and starting to move out of your pelvis. They are uncomfortable, but I like knowing that my body is getting ready to make room for a little kid

Had lots of this for two weeks after I found out. Definitely stay hydrated - I've found it's worse when I'm dehydrated!

Yes, especially on the right side. Kinda throbs. I also notice during the cramps I get a sure of emotional energy like the urge to cry and my nipples get darker. so, I think it triggers the hormone to surge through me. I was thinking that maybe that's where baby is burrowing.

I'm experiencing that today! I have not been staying hydrated, and I had some pretty awful tightening in my uterus today. After downing almost 48oz of water, it settled down, and I got it.

Yep. I've had it with all my pregnancies. The more you have, the more crampiness you can have because your uterus moves more freely after being stretched, if that makes sense. I've had cramps that have been as bad as menstrual cramps, but no spotting. I notice if I don't drink enough, or try to do too much, they get worse.

I've had cramps as bad as period cramps, I thought for sure she was coming. But so far so good, they seem to have slacked off now!

Yes, I have been crampy. I will feel fine all day but by the evening I am crampy. I am wondering if it is just from being up on my feet all day?

That's exactly how I would describe mine as well! I don't remember them with DS and it's only been about 3 years! lol So glad for this thread!

I have had some really bad cramps! But no other signs of miscarriage... and I have continued preg. testing to put my mind at ease. I have had this with my other two pregnancies but it is like my rational mind knows this, but my pregnancy mind still freaks out and worries lol
