I know with my first pg I spent countless hours on the computer researching fitness, exercise, and nutrition during pregnancy.
What's your workout routine now that you're pregnant? Are you changing it up or keeping the same basic routine until your body tells you otherwise? Do you have a set schedule? Have you spoke with your doctor about it?
Just bein' nosy! Seein' what everyone else is doing!

I work out about 2 hours a day pre-preg, a mixture of running/other cardio/strength training.
Im cutting back my running and focusing on distance rather than speed, no more sprints and that's all I'll change until my body starts tellin me to slack up!

We walk as a family usually every night. Last pregnancy we went to the zoo, disneyland, and we walked a lot just as a family.

I'm so glad we live near a zoo, it's one of my favorite places to go... alone or with the family!

And when I say we went to those places we went like 4 times a month to each. We had passes to both.

I will walk either outside or on my treadmill and I also have a workout DVD that I did once last time. I kicked myself for not doing it more than that (and getting really fat!) so I'm glad to be able to make up for it this time

I work as a housekeeper 2 days a week, and it's 8 hours of really intense physical activity. Right now I'm feeling pretty awful but I kept my gym membership and when the sickness and exhaustion lets up I'll go a few times a week. Nothing too strenuous, probably just 45 minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill or the elliptical. I'll probably do some yoga, too--this time I really want to focus on opening up and relaxing. I worked full-time until a week before my due date with DD, and my midwives had a really hard time finding her position at the end because my muscles were so tense. I never really got back into shape after I had her, though, so that won't be a problem this time. LOL

I usually make it to the gym 2-3 times a week for cardio, so I will continue to do the same. I'm on weight watchers, which I'll have to cancel eventually. I've been trying to research the WW program while pregnant, of course WW cancelled their own program for liability reasons, but I may "loosely" stick to the program through the first trimester. We'll see how it goes!

I do about 30 mins of circuit training/weight training 5-6 days a week and was running a few of those days also. It's hard to fit more in with working full time. I'm still doing the same thing, I just took down the cardio several notches and I've been walking (fast) instead of running about 4 days/wk. I worked out up until DD was born, and got back into it as soon as I could after my C-section. I plan on doing the same this time.

With my last pregnancy I kept up with my cardio and strength training routines 5-7 days per week pretty much all the way through. I did quit doing weight lifting in the last month, though, because I was afraid of going into labor tired, LOL!

This time around I plan to continue running three days a week and weight lifting or doing yoga/pilates the other days. I feel at this point I know what I should and can do pretty well... my routines will have to adjust as I progress (such as not doing anything lying down after 4 months) but I definitely plan to stay in shape. It helps so much!

During my last pregnancy I joined a volkswalking group and did extended walking trips every weekend. I was a student at the time and I would walk to and from campus three times per week. I love walking, always have. This time around I will probably walk as much as the weather permits me to.
