I've had twice now a sharp stabbing pain in my left pelvic area. It's not in my abdomen/uterine area...it's like right around my pelvic bone and it actually makes my heart jump as I start to worry. No spotting of any sort and .no cramping anymore. I read it could be the pelvis stretching but isn't 5 weeks too soon for that?

I'm having the same sharp, stabbing that you describe in the same exact spot. I'm not worried though because I vividly remember these same pains with dd and getting all upset and worried about it!
I wouldn't worry... I just tell my body to get on with it's adjusting

It is not too early for the uterus to stretch.. it stretchs more freely the 2nd time around also. And as it does that... you can get nerves that get pinched and stuff. I have been having pains and I did with my DS too. I was told not to worry!

lol go get some dollar store tests to keep on hand when you worry. I think reassurance and peace of mind are DEFINATELY worth the dollar!
