At 12-15 dpo I was getting dark lines on my frer tests. The test line was just about as dark as the control line, they looked pretty even. Then, I went all weekend without testing. Last night I bought some answer tests (I have never used them) and I just took one this morning. The line was lighter than the frer lines were last week. It was still pretty dark but noticably lighter than the control. Am I reading too much into this? Could it be that they were different brands? I am just scared because I had a loss in August where I tested one morning and the light was barely visable and then immediately after I started bleeding so I am just scared of the lines getting lighter!!

Now, I just went to look at it again after about 10 minutes and the line is a lot darker! Does anyone else's line keep getting darker and darker after the 3 minute mark? Should I consider that?

I would try not to worry. Different brands have different ink levels & I don't think the light/darkness of a pt is a reliable cause for concern. I admit I've taken more than one test, but I'm trying hard not to because all it does is indtroduce another opportunity for me to worry about something I have no control over. These weeks of uncertainty are horrible for us!!!

Yep, that.
I always set a timer and look at the 10min mark on Answers.

Ms FRER's got WAY darker after ten minutes or so. I wouldn't even try to compare results with different brands. Even the same brand can have different amounts of dye, or your urine could be more or less concentrated. Relax and step away from the tests! I'm sure it's fine!

I admit to being guilty of this as well. We need to start a POAS addicts group! LOL
All the other ladies have already stated any advise I would have to give... so the only thing I have is put the tests away and RELAX!

These are my answers in tests 12,14,18 DPO They were all out of the same box then tests 16 and 19 DPO were from another box see the difference different boxes make so I am sure different brands also very in line intenisty
