To bring you football season!!! Anyone else a Football Widow? I'm actually not a total widow, I do enjoy some football. However, DH is obsessed with college ball AND NFL, so I lose him on Saturday AND Sunday this time of year! We had to rush home this afternoon so he could be in front of the tv for the "big game" at 3p!

Who are your or your DH's teams? College, NFL or both?

I married into a Florida State Seminoles family! Go Noles!

DH is a Jacksonville Jaguar fan (he's from Jacksonville) and I'm a quarterback fan! I love Peyton Manning, so I'm now a Broncos fan this year!

Dh isn't into sports much. In fact I'm usually the one looking for the games on tv while all my boys (dh & my 3ds's) are nowhere near. I prefer baseball though. I've been watching the playoffs. But if the cardinals win I'll loose my dh for a couple weeks while he works the World Series. It sounds like a strange job for a chemist, but they actually go in & check the stadium for radiation & are on call in case idiots try to do something stupid

No football here, thank goodness. Now if WOW would just disappear, all would be good.

I like football as long as I have a team to root for. DH loves it but I wouldn't say obsessed. If there's things that need done he will do it without much complaint and in return I try to plan around the games I know he wants to watch. Our team is Ohio State! What a nail biter yesterday's game was!

My hubby loves The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Browns. I like football and follow the Buckeyes. But I happily say he is not obsessed. If we are home, he watches it but otherwise he doesn't HAVE TO be home. When he does watch it, it gives me an excuse to take a nap!

DH likes football and all sports but his favorite is golf. I'm more of a golf widow. We live near Cincinnati so we route for the Bengals so he will watch the Bengals games.

DH watches the game if we happen to be home. He gets score updates on his phone and like to 'follow' football but he is not obsessed. We root for the Pittsburgh STEELERS College football is Pitt!

My DH is obsessed with football. If we're out he will find some way to watch it on his phone. Drives me crazy!

He grew up near Dallas, Texas so he's a huge Cowboys fan. Thankfully he's not that into other sports or college football but he makes sure he watches every NFL game. Oh and the fantasy footbal...he's obsessed with that too.

DH isn't a big football fan but we are Saints fans so we will watch the games when they play. Not a big fan of any of the college teams. I root for my alma mater but that's about it.

DH grew up all around WI, but mostly Green Bay so we are Packers fans over here! I never liked football much until we got married, still not a huge fan but I can tolerate it! He's not completely obsessed, but he definitely won't miss a Packer game. He's also a New Castle United fan (soccer in UK). My dad got him into liking the Twins too.

The mister is a Clemson Alum and a huge Clemson football fan. Football isn't just in football season anymore... he spends at least an hour every day of the year reading about recruiting or opposing teams they're set to play.

I'm an Auburn girl, we have a divided house.
The mister doesn't pay attention to pro football, but I grew up in a football family, so I get into it.

DH and I are casual football fans. It's nice to catch a game if we can but not a big deal if we miss it. I'm a UNC alum along with my sister, two BILs, and SIL, so we cheer for the Tarheels. For NFL we cheer for the Carolina Panthers as it's our home team.

Now college basketball is a big deal at our house since Carolina is always a top team.

We are both huge football fans here...but we live in Texas so that is to be expected. I honestly don't care for NFL but I LOVE college football.

We are both Texas Tech alumni so we love our red raiders. We have season tickets to all the home games and, occasionally we go to a few away games.

Since I was born and raised in Oklahoma, I'm also a huge OU fan. My parents have season tickets and we always go to the Tech vs OU game, no matter where it is at.

DF follows NFL as well. That's where my devotion to football ends. He is a diehard cowboys fan.

Im a huge football fan...DH didnt watch more than maybe the Superbowl before he met me. I am the one that will check the game out on my phone if not near a tv and check out stats etc during the week. I am a diehard Ravens fan! CAW CAW! I will also root for my homestate team the Vikings if they are playing a team I hate....IE....the packers or steelers. What can i say they are rivals. And Im not much of a college fan but I do like Notre Dame.
