Already posted in Baby Names but I thought you ladies could share as well

My BF is a "Jr." and he says if we have a boy it will be a "3rd" aka III. So, if we have a girl I want her middle name to be Viola after BF's grandmother who passed last year of alzheimers (spelling??) But I can't find a great first name.

The one's I thought were:

Jocelynn Viola

Bailey Viola

Genevieve Viola

But none of them are sticking with me.
Any ideas???

I am so not good at suggesting names for others. All of yours are pretty!!

If it is a boy we will go with a Surname as a first name trend I have Carter and Owen both follow that pattern..... thinking maybe Reid or Grant I like Harrison my hubs does not want a Harry... I like Will hubby said it is not a name unless its William.....

For a girl we like
Eden
Lila
Stella
Alanna

I was trying to stay away with Names ending in "A" being as middle names in "A" but those are the only names that seem to stick and I like LOL

I'm not good at names either! lol But Viola is very pretty, even for a first name!

I have the opposite problem, if we have a girl she will most likely be Peyton, but I have no idea what her middle name will be. All of our family names don't work well with it....Peyton Anne or Peyton Michelle -- actually Michelle is my MN and sounds good with Peyton, however our last name starts with an 'S' so her initials would be PMS...not good!

OH, I do like the first two best...Genevieve Viola seems like too many 'v's' for me!

I love Jocelynn but it was on my "secret" girls list when I was pregnant with Aidan. I heard too many horror stories of delivering and finding out baby was opposite gender so I made a list of names to choose from of that was to have happened. So I'm not sure if I should go with jocelynn as I was married to ex dh at that time. Ya think that would matter or be weird? His first ex wife had a girl with her 2nd dh and named it exactly what her and ex dh picked out so I don't wanna be like her.

I like Bailey. I think the shorter first name sounds better with the 3 syllable middle name.

I am a bit biased I think, but I like Jocelynn . My daugher's name is Jocelyn Olivia.. so Jocelyn with a middle name that has a V.

Jocelyn FOR SURE! I love that together. IMO, Bailey is too modern and not feminine enough to stand up with a name like Viola. I like Genevieve, but saying it all together is quite a mouthful lol. I LOVED the name Vivian during my last pregnancy, but I was shot down More traditional, super feminine names are so pretty
MrsLat likes this.

This is exactly what i was thinking! I love the name Viola by the way...it actually was my grandmother's name, although she often went by the nickname Bitsy... i have no idea where that came from. I think Jocelyn Viola sounds so beautiful together!

I think the runners up are Jocelynn Viola and Eden Viola. Anything else is welcome. We're thinking timeless yet memorable and feminine names.
