So, I'm just about the most freaked out of everyone, I think. This being my first pregnancy, being overweight, etc. But I haven't had any real bad cramps for a while and so far no spotting or bleeding. But now I'm having a sort of tugging or pulling feeling that is painful in my lower abdomen where I'd normally get cramps. It's not the same as cramps, but...just painful like someone is tugging on stuff in there. I read that you can get this because of all the stuff stretching down there, but is anyone else getting this feeling? I worry because in my line of work, I have to do a lot of lifting, transferring, and rolling of residents and I get scared thinking I've messed something up.

Any ideas?

Sounds like round ligament pain to me. Perfectly normal and important for making room for a growing baby!

Its only going to get more annoying as your uterus grows I find it hurts most when I roll over too quickly in bed, stand up too quickly from laying down, or sneeze/cough really hard. Its almost like a pinch/pull for a couple of seconds

Me too!! I laugh at myself because I have to slowly roll out of bed or off the couch or out of my chair at work and think I am barely a little over a month pregnant, I am moving like I'm 9!
