Dr. called regarding beta's today (from last wednesday and friday around 5w2d and 5w4d) and my numbers were 5000 (something) and only in the 7000's on Friday :-( Having history with m/c I have a feeling where this is going, but am hoping for some good news.

I may be totally wrong but I thought the doubling time went up to 96 + hours after it hit 6000. I thought I read that somewhere. I hope everything turns out okay for you! You will be in my thoughts.

I hope you girls are right. I was just under the impression that they needed to double. The nurse mentioned that it did not double too, but she would check with the Dr. because of my history and hopefully get an earlier u/s or at least more bloodwork.

I also thought doubling time went up after a certain point. They should be able to see something on ultrasound after 2000.
