You can do anything you want. You will know if something is too much. You will feel more limited later as you get bigger, heavier. Maybe don't drink or smoke crack. But you can have sex, ride horses, swim. Whatever you normally do.

Don't drink alcohol or smoke. That's really the only important rule. And do go to the store and buy yourself some vitamins. They have prenatal vitamins OTC. But you can take anything as long as it has plenty of folate.

Yeah no drinking or smoking...otherwise my doc said you can run a marathon if thats your normal lifestyle. It gets a little harder when your bigger at the end.

Just cuz it is frickin' freezing outside where I am, I thought I would add to stay away from hot tubs and baths that are hot enough to turn your skin red. Bummer.

I know its hard since this is your first, but honestly try not to stress There really isn't much you can't do (except maybe bungee jumping or sky diving ) Unless you have a high risk pregnancy, just continue on as normal with a couple of minor modifications

I did so much with my 3rd. We went to disneyland all the time and I continued to ride a lot of the rides until my 12th week. Most of the rides at DL are pretty tame though. And when I was further along I rode the rides without height restrictions. We went to the zoo and we actually remained very active. It helped me have a fast and fun pregnancy!
