So last night I could not sleep for anything. I have been so positive about this pregnancy since we saw a heartbeat. I have had what feels like some kind of nerve issue in my lower back, and sometimes it feels like cramping. I had myself convinced last night that I was MCing, and I went to the bathroom like every 20 minutes most of the night to do a TP check. I think that my lack of symptoms lately coupled with the burning sensation in my lower back just set me off. It was awful. I'm feeling better today, but I hate that I can still get myself so worked up. Thanks for listening. *end rant*
I do the same when my symptoms aren't noticeable or when I'm cramping. We're the same due date, so maybe that has something to do with it! haha. Anyway, I feel your anxiety, even though I'm not having the back spasms. Sometimes that can be a symptom of a UTI. If you have other UTI symptoms, you might wanna get checked. Otherwise, I have to say try to relax, even though I won't take my own advice.

I know how that is. It's so easy to read someone else's story and think "well, that sounds normal." The exact same thing could happen to me the next day and I'd freak out.
I haven't had any other UTI symptoms. I am not peeing any more than I have been recently, and it doesn't hurt or burn. The pain in my back is lower than my kidneys, I think. It's almost like sciatica. If I turn a certain way it aches, and if I put pressure on my leg when it aches, I get a shooting pain in my butt.
Totally sounds like sciatica - I've had issues with it before. If you do a search for "sciatica stretches" you'll find plenty of low-impact, safe ways to stretch that might alleviate some of the pain and give you some peace of mind.
