I went to the bathroom just before (BM sorry TMI) and after I wiped I saw some light pinkish redish blood I just had my first appointment today where she did a pap smear and checked the cervix as well as I finally gave in to my DH last night and we DTD. In my mind rationally I know thats a lot of poking in there and might have irritated the lining but the non rational side of me is freaking out since I had a miscarriage before and I bled for 7 weeks with my son (which turned out fine since he is here) Just tell me its fine and normal. We saw the heartbeat today.

I always had a spot or two after my pap smears with both kids. I am sure things are ok but if you are still feeling uneasy in the morning or if you are still spoting there is no harm in talking to the dr.
This is TMI for sure, but it looked like a blood bath in the exam room after I had my first pap on the 24th. I almost had a heart attack, but the doc assured me everything was fine. I spotted for most of the rest of the day, then it stopped. I haven't had any spotting since. But it scared the you-know-what out of me!
Thanks for the thoughts. It stopped after a little last night though I was a little crampy. Just now I had a large smear of blood, not bright red but not as light as I would like. I felt wet and looked down and there it was. I wiped and its clear now so I hope its all related to yesterday still. Im a little crampy again and will probably take it easy for the rest of the night like yesterday and hope its all ok.
